No page

I am trying to access a web site ( ancestry.co.uk) but when the page opens it is empty. Why is this?

Just tried it and it opens fine!

Must be something to do with my computer cos still wont open

Re-set your 'cookies'
Click on tools
Options
Privacy
check the 'accept cookies' box

What browser do you use? The above instructions is for Firefox. If you use explorer then
Click on Tools
Privacy
Move the lever to medium or a wee bit under.

Try holding shift and press "refresh". Sounds like you are looking at a cached version of the page. (one that is stored on your PC rather than the internet version).
