Colour changed on Internet explorer

I downloaded realplayer yesterday and got a message saying my colour scheme had been changed to vista basic (I think thats what it said) I think it also said it was because of incompatibility. The colour hasnt changed on my desktop just on IE, its now a flat pale blue colour, is there anyway to change it? Thanks :-)
