i have intel graphic media accelerator x3100 in my laptop. its shared graphics apparantly. am i going to be able to play games with this? cos i just bought broken sword angel of death and it wont work, keeps saying theres a problem with direct x.

The web site says the game needs:

"128 MB Shader Model 1.1 Compatible Video Card"

You could try entering your BIOS and see if you can set it so it uses 128Mb (or more) for the graphics memory. It may currently be set to use less than 128Mb for the graphics memory.

Many laptops do not have a good enough graphics card to play modern games.

And before you ask, no, there is no way to upgrade the graphics card in your laptop.
