Screen jumping

My computer is driving me mad - when I'm looking at a web page it frequently jumps back to the previous page, sometimes causing me to lose all the information I've just put in a form. I thought it might be a keyboard problem, but I've bought a new noardd and it's still jumping. Any ideas? I use IE, not Firefox

I had a similar, but not identical, problem and it was a defective mouse. Hope that helps.

I agree, I tried to answer yesterday but couldn't sign in! My mouse is the wireless type with buttons on the side, they page-forward page-back so it could be your pressing them accidentally or as suggested by oldmegan have developed a fault. Good luck.
