There are references to them working closely with the Sun Solaris operating system, and the Linux operating system, but nothing very recent.
You have to remember that Oracle are an Enterprise company and everything they sell is aimed at medium and large businesses.
Any operating system they choose will probably be Unix/Linux based, which tends to be the operating system of choice for "number crunching" which most database and business intelligence software is.
Not sure if you are asking from the position of a business user or a home user, but they have almost no interest in the "home" market so it is unlikely that any home users will use this operating system.
