Well you haven't given us much to go on.
Are you on dial up or broadband. If on broadband what speed are you on?
Who is your internet provider (ISP)?
Is it always slow or just at certain times?
Are you conected direct to the modem or do you have a router. If you have a router are your connected by a wire or is it wireless?
Are you on XP or Vista or something else?
