I use Firefox and every 15 mins.or so I get a message "Firefox has encountered a problem and needs to close". Very frustrating,any one have any Idea why this happens.? Many Thanks for any replies.

i dont use firefox and it happens to me, some one told me to use it and should be ok,!

i changed from internet explorer to firefox the other day due to this happening all the time.,Its been fine ever since.

Sounds like the same problem with Internet Explorer.wonder if it's to do with PC.?

1) Try running firefox in safe mode.

(This turns off your add-ons and other customisations, so just try browsing as you normally do and see if the same thing happens.)

If you can do what you normally do fine, then it could be an Add-On causing troubles. Start firefox as normal, turn off all Add-Ons, and then restart and turn on each one, one-by-one. Hopefully you'll notice if things start going wrong and can pinpoint the Add-On.
