BT Broadband does not work with Mac OS X 10.3. Does anyone have a solution to how I can use broadband with 10.3?

it will work, simply ask the broadband provider to supply you with the connection settings!
In fact a lot of broadband suppliers don't support OSX. This site lists a huge range of broadband suppliers; http://www.ispreview.co.uk/broadband/xdsl.shtml It's probably worth checkinh a few of their homepages and seeing if they support OSX... Sorry I'm a PC user, so can't recommend anyone.

Thanks for your answers; BT and I have just spent days determining that BT Yahoo cannot work with OS X 10.3 - couldn't even get the software to load on this G4 Powerbook - A right battle getting out of the contract! The first disc even had installation manual in Acrobat 6 with no license authoration code so it couldn't be opened; this and the second disc BT sent me would not launch the installer. So thanks again for the link - serious searching time!
