I am considering going with NTL for the phone, broadband and TV as they seem to offer comptative rates & packages. What have been your experiances (positive & negative). Any advice will be greatfully appreciated :0)
I have been using all 3 of these NTL services for about 18 months, and am quite happy with the services.I have only had one problem with the cable tv,but a engineer was there the next day to fix it.I use 1mb broadband,and NTL are about to give the 1mb customers a free upgrade to 1.5mb which I am pleased about.
I used all 3 services for a year without any problems, though they messed up their billing and ended up not charging me at all for TV or broadband for the first 3 months! Tey were unable to correct that even after I called them to let them know! Also when I moved, I gave less than a month's notice and that has messed things up for the next occupant. Basically I'd say they are very good technically but a shambles organisationally.
We've been using all three services for 18 months too. We have NTL phone line, digital cable TV & broadband internet service. It's quite good value & we haven't had that many problems, well not enough go elsewhere - yet!
