Unfortunately I can't receive O2 broadband in my area ( North Yorkshire ) Can anyone reccomend a similar service ie free customer service 24/7 in this country, at only �12 50 per month. I am so sick of spending a fortune on the phone to customer service in India, the last call I made was just under �12 . with the problem unresolved after all. I am getting desperate !!!!.

Customer service by dialing 150, which is free. Depending on the department, you might be dealing with an Indian call centre.

We pay �20/month for phone (including weekend calls), TV and broadband.
