TalkTalk

I'm currently having problems with my TalkTalk Broadband, this is the first time in 8 months. I'm reasonably tech savvy, so i'm pretty sure the problem is on their end. I phoned their help line and answered all the usual questions, Name, address, postcode etc....Then she asked me to provide my bank details, i refused (the DD is paid from my girlfriends account, so i wouldn't disclose her details) She then said she couldn't proceed with my enquiry unless i did, i told her she had all the confirmation she needed. To which she hung up on me, has anyone else had this problem and is any other TalkTalk users having problems?

Their customer service dept stinks..........I'm getting very peed off at their treatment.

LOL, that's a good idea. It took *months* for BT to get their finger out and get my broadband sorted when I moved into this house. There was broadband connected but it wasn't letting me connect, I pondered whether it was cheeky to go and ask my neighbour to divulge their info so I could get online in the meantime......I didn't have the bottle in the end and remained internetless for most of the Summer!

Never, ever go with TalkTalk.
I had problems so I finished with them. I decided to go back to BT.
Trouble was TalkTalk wouldn't release my telephone number to BT so BT had to have give me a new phone number.
Imagine all the mither that caused advising people, even down to ordering a new name tag for the dog.
I wouldn't touch TalkTalk with a bargepole - a bunch of amateurs.
