Hi, has anybody got this phone, I got it at Christmas and whilst I love it, i havent used it that much, it keeps coming up OPERATION FAILED when I try to text or read messages, Ive been back to the shop and they do "" something """ with it and it corrects, can anybody help, no access to going out for at least 2 weeks,
