I am typing notes into a template I have on word. It is set up as a table and usually, I can see the lines of the boxes whilst typing but they don;t appear when the document is printed. Today, the lines have disappeared completely! I can put borders on but then they print out as well which I don;t want. I'm sure it's something simple but can anyone tell me how to get the table back?

Under the "table" option is an icon called hide gridlines. You haven't accidentally clicked on that have you? If so, click on it again (it will now say show gridlines) and see if that helps.
