using internet on laptop in more than one country

I live in UK and have internet access there but also have a holiday home in Italy. What would be the best way to get access to the internet in Italy alos without having to pay monthly fees. No landline at the property

It's going to be very difficult - your home broadband is nothing to do with it.

Without a phone line or cable internet service at your holiday home you will be restricted to this sort of thing:
