wtf ??

I need some help as i am getting very frustrated :(
Hopefully there are some real clever people out there :)

When i turn my laptop on i get the below messages when it loads up.
Error loading C:Wndows\system32\rdholmuc.dll
The specified module cannot be found and
Error loading C:Wndows\system32\jwwywdec.dll
The specified module cannot be found
Any ideas whats up?
Also, i keep getting a pop up box from Avast saying its found virus's .1 example is PHolmes572.
I have Avast and superantispyware installed, but how do i stop this ? i havent downloaded anything recently, apart from about a week ago, i think i tried to dwnload IE7.

Sounds like the registration for the virus is still there. You need to download a program called hijack this.

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/ security_tools/hijackthis

load it, run it and delete the files from above. Making sure you made a backup copy first ;)
