youtube to disc . . .

I can see from other answers on here that it is possible to convert/transfer video from youtube onto a disc however I am not interested in the video, just the sound. Is that possible?
I'm not very teccy minded so basic replies if possible please!

This is an excellent free program that records sounds and allows you to edit:

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

It will record the sounds in youtube no problem.
