i have a lexmark x1190 printer. i have had a new black cartridge and the colour one refilled. they were working perfectly but now the black is so faint you can hardly see it and there is no colour at all. can anyone help please.

When you first buy a printer the ink cartridges dont hold very much ink so this is to get you to buy their ink cartridges.
