Deleting unwanted 'stuff' from emails.

Hi folks,

I am a bit of a novice so would appreciate some idiot proof help.
When I receive an email which I would like to forward, how can I delete the 'rubbish' i.e. info. on people the email has been previously sent to.

You don't say what email client you are using but I'll assume the method is the same in all of them since all the ones I have used have been the same.

1) Click 'Forward' on your chosen email.
2) Click the mouse in the message area
3) Click and drag to select all the unwanted text
4) Press 'Delete' on the keyboard
5) Add your own comment and 'Send'
