Mobile phone to mobile phone transfer

I have just upgraded my phone from a Sony Ericsson K800 to a Samsung G600. I am keeping my same sim card. My question is, how do I transfer all of my data that is on my Sony Ericsson (contacts, photo's, songs etc) onto my Samsung? I can't bluetooth it, because I only have one Sim Card for 2 phones. Surely there must be a way!!

It is really a thorny problem and i tried many methods too. Finally i found a software which can transfer music, videos and other files quickly so i recommend it to you.
