how do i send an e-mail without revealing my recepients addresses to the others it's being sent too?

BCC it to everyone - that is place everyone's address into the BCC (blind carbon copy) of the email.

When I do this, I usually put myself as the "proper" addressee, and put a comment to the effect that I'm protecting their privacy by not revealing them to each other. That sounds a bit pompous, I know, but it can be done in a light manner. On a related issue (well, perhaps) -- I regard it as de rigeur to strip out previous addresses from any email that I am forwarding
