Pc won't recognise phone!

Hi, I have a Motorla Pbl and have just got a new pc running Vista....it won't let me download my pics from my phone....won't even recognise the phone....any ideas?

Does anything else work on the port you are plugging in to?

That said, I have ports which work OK for some things but not for others- for example, I can recharge and load my MP3 player at the rear port, but not on the fron ones because it just doesn't quite make the connection.

have you installed the vista drivers for it?
