Sky+ problems with channel 4

Hi, I have a sky+ box which gets good use and generally does its job. But on a Thursday & Friday (mainly) any Channel 4 programmes we record are unwatchable due to pixilating and jumping, even live C4 TV jumps when we are recording something else. We have multiroom and the same program isn't affected when we look at the other box, so it must be the Sky+ rather than the signal. Any ideas anyone, it's getting frustrating now.

call sky could be a signal fault in your area. I had the same thing with mine. an engineer came out and sorted it. It's sometimes to do with the satellite dish not being adjusted right. Lee
