e-mails

I have encountered a problem with my e-mail.
I can send out e-mails but cannot receive them,, why is this ? This has only happened in the last two days and I cannot understand the reason. Has anybody got any ideas ?

go to tools, schedules and tick the send and receive all box if you are using microsoft entourage programme if you aren't there must be something similar in the program you are using

which type of e mail are you using ? outlook express ?
could be the POP3 incoming mail server address

Have you gone over your inbox limit (something that may happen if you receive large attachments)

Chas2008 - yes I am using outlook express.
No, my inbox limit is nowhere near full.
I will try as you say dawndevil, although I think I have already been through a similar procedure, thanks anyway
