Sky Plus

Hi

I've recently installed Sky Plus but now can't lay my hands on the instructions !

Can anyone tell me how to 'pair' the Sky Plus remote control to the television please so that I don't have to work the television remote for the likes of volume, mute, etc. but use the Sky remote for both ?
