mobile phone pics mms -"unknown subscriber"...?
4 Answers
Hi,
Sometimes on my phone, I will receive a photo from someone and sometimes I can view it and other times I can't and it says "unknown subscriber" and won't let me retrieve the picture.
I also get this message sometimes when I try to send a picture too...even to people I have sent them to before... does anyone know what this means and how I can get rid of it or unlock it ?...
as far as i am aware my phone has no subscribers and i subscribe to none.. i am not even sure how it would be possible
its a samsung d600, and the manual does not mention this.
many Thanks

goto messages>settings>Multimedia Messages>send settings(where you can hide your address)>receive settings>UNTICK anonymous reject(then you'll be able toreceive MMSs from anonymous people). I hope you phones software is not that different from mine.
Hope this Helps
