Thanks for that Incitatus - no wonder my colleague is twitchy! If you know how to prevent this incoming interference, could you advise? I know little about PCs, and I've never had this happen to me - now I know why!

If using internet explorer look under tools/internet options/security and either turn security to high (later versions) or disable cookies manually. I think this works...
