I have an Epson Stylus DX7000F and am looking to buy replacement ink catridges. For the original T0715 mulitipack the price is around 25. I have just been on the choicestationery.co.uk site and they have on offer 10 compatible catridges for 19.99. Is there a massive difference between the two in terms of print quality etc? Obviously I'm looking for the best deal?!
Thanks in advance

I have two printers both Epson and I have recently put compatible cartridges in my DX4200 and they are absolutely fine. I make my own greetings cards and there is no difference in quality. The ones that I am using are S-Vision. However, I use my other printer for photographs and I have stuck with the proper inks so far !! But due to the exhorbitant costs of the original inks I am planning to change them also. Hope this helps.
I used compatible ink once in my old printer. It caused dreadful problems.

The Gadget Show reviewed compatible ink a while back and concluded that some are fine for printing reams of text, but they do suffer colour fade over time.
i used choices compatibles in both my epson printers and never found a bit of difference between then and the origional,in fact i would say the pictures wre better with the compatibles.
