itunes startup disk is almost full

Hi, I was just putting some movies into mt iTunes and it said "Your Startup Disk is almost Full". I was wondering if anyone knows how I can increase the size of the disk....or if there are bad consequences from increasing the size of the disk etc. thanks!

You need to buy a new hard drive, or take stuff off your current one.

Go into my computer, right-click your drive, and click properties to see how much free space you have.

Your main drive may be split into a few partitions --- C drive, D drive, etc.
