If you are after Talking Books, then try your public library first. I am fortunate to have many excellent libraries around me, and the cost of borrowing a complete unabridged book is �1-�2 (often they forget to charge!). Copy it to your hard disk, import to iTunes or whatever, and you have it for life.

I download books from mininova, (can`t get to library)
Then I copy to cd, several cds, depending on size of files.
