Tesco broadband help number

Can anyone help, I need to ring Tesco help line because my e-mails are not being sent, but the cost to the help line is 50p a minute and as I am a silver surfer and none too bright with computers I need to be on the line quite a while, I understand there is a cheaper number to ring for help, but they dont give it out for obvious reasons, has anyone got the number please ?

pls dont think I am being rude but I found the site quite complicated, I have registered and I am waiting for their e-mail to confirm, but its like Catch 22, the reason I want to contact Tesco is because there is a fault on my e-mail, so pls does anyone have the number I want.
