Where does my sent email get stored?

When I send emails using Outlook they store in the Sent folder.
However if I respond using an email link on someones web site I seem to retain no copy for reference later. Where does it go? Is it stored somewhere on my drive?

if you fill in a online form then it is not stored anywhere on your computer,

If you want to keep a copy for your reference then either make a note of the email address the form is sending to and use outlook to send the mail or take a screenshot of the form before you send it.

Thanks ChuckFickens, I guess you are right.

I forgot that I was using an online form as the template looks the same as Outlook.
