Does anyone know how I can convert BUP files on a DVD back to JPEG images?

Bup files on DVD's are backup files of the IFO files found on DVDs the IFO files are information files that tell your DVD player where each chapter starts and finishes ETC

So BUP files are not pictures so can't be converted to JPEGs

I can view the files on Windows Media Player - The photos have been turned into a slideshow and I want to recapture the individual photos. Isthere any way I can take screenshots and recover the photos??
