I have pay as you go mobile broadband with 3 mobile. I do quite a bit of movie streaming which works out very expensive 25 for 7GB , to give you some idea, 2 full length
movies can take 3/4 GB . The convenience is however what
you pay for. Hopefully before too long unlimited mobile broadband coupled with improved signal reception will become available .Can't wait !
Is watching movies in segments, you watch the first 20 min
or so which allows the second segment to temporarily
download. Similar principle is used on BBC I-player .
Can anyone suggest whether you would use less GB if you downloaded the whole movie first
I have no idea to be honest about these things so i'm afraid I can't help there.
Just found out I might not be able to get a signal for internet with T-mobile - I checked the coverage before but I only saw the picture showing good coverage but I didn't see the tab above and on the other tab it says for fast internet etc. no coverage. Oh no!!! :(
If you are planning on using your computer at home you
may well be better off speaking to VIRGIN they can install broadband through cable as opposed to telephone line. The last offer I saw was 20 unlimited usage inclusive of free view tv. You would not have any problems with reception as the system is guranteed both tv and broadband. Hope you get it sorted Cheers
