Just tried to get on facebook but a notice came up saying my web browser doesn't support facebook or something. How do I find out what web browser I've got and how do I know which is the best browser to download?

To find out which browser you are using, look at the very top of the screen - mine says Web Browser in The AnswerBank: Technology - Mozilla Firefox.

If your screen isn't so helpful, click 'help' and 'about'.

Mine did say Internet Web Browser but I have downloaded Mozilla.

I have learnt so much the internet and computers and terminology the past few days since buying my mobile broadband. It's great I love learning about it, so easy to get left behind these days :)
