Epson C66 printer paper feed

Can anyone help please I am trying to sort out a problem with my daughter's printer. It is not feeding in the paper it shows as paper out I have checked the ink levels show as OK but I can't find a troubleshooting section for this printer like I have on mine that allows you to check other aspects/problems. She has recently bought new inks and doesn't do a lot of printing so reluctant to buy new one. Has found one on Ebay as this has been suggested quite cheap but just wanted to confirm we could not sort out the problem first. If anyone can direct me to instructions on checking I would be grateful thanks
