As you can see, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't! The AB Tech says it's probably because the 'cookie' has been deleted. What do I do to reinstate it please?
One way would be to go to (from within Internet Explorer) to Tools / Internet Options, then to the Security Tab.
Selected "Trusted Sites", and click the "Sites.." tab. From here you will be able to add theanswerbank.co.uk, and this will allow all kind of things only within this domain, so maintaining the high level of security outside.
