does anyone know how to change the color of my backscreen on my computer. ive gone into tools and all that lark. thankyou

Right click anywhere on your desktop > properties > use the tabs in here (desktop/appearence etc). You may have a mandatory profile which means that the next time you logon it will have reverted back or they may have disabled your ability to change the desktop.
