BT Yahoo email

I am helping an elderly lady with emails but I do not know how to save an incoming one.. it is so easy with Outlook Express.!

In the left hand panel , with inbox ,sent etc select 'add' beside 'my folders' , name it whatever you like then select the message you wish to save then 'move' on the toolbar above the message list . Then select the name of the folder you wish to move it too .
You can of course create as many new folders as you wish .

Sounds like you need to sety up Outlook Express ?

I was talking about BT Yahoo email as that was the subject header . bricro didn't mention operating system & Vista doesn't have Outlook Express
