How do I put friends in my 'safe sender' list, so the spyware doesn't recognise them as spam?

on your email folder it has spam controls at the bottom in blue, click on this then you can choose the email addresses that you wish to allow through.

Composing an email is not actually an email and still cannot be printed. Failure of delivery can be printed but that is not my point. I state that the only email stage that can be printed is when, and only when, an email has been sent. If you agree, please answer, thanks from Tony.

Specific: I don't have probs with OSK popping up. My prob: my desk top keyboard acts exactly as if it is the On Screen Keyboard. How do I stop it so as to return to normal key instructions.
