answer notification

is it possible that ab lost my e-mail address? i no longer get e-mail from ab to tell me i have an answer. and no i did not click the tab to stop being notified.

Have you checked that it's not being filtered into your Junk mail folder? Mine were initially until I put AB on my safe list.

I'm not sure whether AB has changed the way they notify you of an answer, as recently I found AB mail in my junk mail folder, never having had any problems before. Fortunately, I check my junk mail before I bin it, but if yours is emptied automatically, you might have missed the AB mail if, indeed, this is what has happened to you.

No unfortunately its not in my junk mail and i dont have it set to auto delete. it did work fine before and i haven't changed a thing.

peanut  - further to my first posting, i have just been notified that the email to you was undeliverable: "The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason."

Best check with your email provider or sysrtem admin?
