hi just bought laptop and windows home office. I installed the disk and it ran for a little while then stopped. Also i would like micxrosoft outlook downloaded where do i get this from pls, thanks

Do you mean you have a Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student installation CD?

I expect there was an error message when installation stopped. Can you insert the CD again and tell us which error message you get?

There are 5 different Microsoft Office 2007 packages. Home and Student is the cheapest and it doesn't include Microsoft Outlook. If you want Microsoft Outlook you have to buy one of the other packages. Here's a comparison:

If you have just bought a new computer with Microsoft Office, they should offer support for it.
