Task Manager - Menu and Tabs Gone

Hi folks

Had a weird crash the other day, everything now seems fine except that when I launch Task Manager there are no tabs and no menu, it just launches in to the processes window in a plain box with no options available. Any thoughts on this please ?

Double click on an empty bit anywhere within Task Manager
