Scanner to scan photo negatives onto a cd disc

Could anybody recommend a good scanner that will scan negatives on to a cd. Had a look on Novatech, not sure which one would be the best.

I purchased on this year for my Dad from fotosense.co.uk..
"Summit Photofix Film and Slide Scanner - 35mm"

He is really pleased with it!
