I had an Emachine which was on Windows,it produced wrd my new machine is HP with Vista, originally I couldnt transfer to the net but now do so via ISP not automatically to Virgin Broadband,I now find that if I try to inport my Incredimail details it reads please connect to Incredimail Data.cab which I cannot find and every attempt to register for emails says POP3 cannot be found ,I even tried a Microsoft connection which replies WAB not found so I do not know how to get my email applied to new machine
I just had a quick look at the Incredimail website and it seems to be some kind of email program which gives you adverts. I'm not sure what the benefit is for you.
So, why don't you use a normal email program? Windows Vista includes an email program called Windows Mail.
thankyou for the reply i have spent a week contacting people the windows mail cannot find an address book either although it is there on the old machine, and microsoft says wab not found either,i have used the link suggested for incredimail but have already followed their prescribed method of transfer which is why i posted the question
