If your doctor upsets you so much when you are not well anyway, theres something wrong somewhere and he should be reported

Sit and have a nice cup of tea and try to calm yourself.
Think about how the appointment went and if you are not happy, report him to the patients charter. I would if ours upset me so much. I work in the NHS and know my rights

I went into town at lunchtime and halfway up the road to town I had a severe asthma attack . I didn't want to get an ambulance because that would more than likely meant hospital , so I stuck it out and carried on hoping it would go .
I could hardly breath so thought I could pop into my gp surgery and ask if they could get my gp to order some steroids for to pick up later. Seeing how bad I was she said she would I needed to see a dr . I said I would be ok if I could get my usual ones from my gp. She asked me to sit down and wait .
Next thing there was a doctor calling me to see him . A doctor I don't go to btw .. As I'm walking to his office , struggling to breath , he starts being nasty and saying I should not just turn up without an appointment and expect to see a doctor , that I should ring the surgery first and that I was damn lucky he happened to be in the building . Then he started a lecture on steroid use , stating the obvious , and asked me when I was on them last recently a couple of weeks ago . It was hard enough for me to get breath to answer him ! I said it was 2 weeks ago that I finished a course , and although he was saying it was too soon , he said I did need them . ........

Feeling better already , but just hope some of you can see why I'm upset over him .
