Can anybody suggest what's causing my problem? If I listen to any BBC channel using Listen Again on my Dell wireless laptop, no problem. If, however, I try to listen LIVE I get an error message come up and all open tabs in my search engine close.

This happens whether I'm using Firefox or Windows Explorer
