Go to Tools, Mailings, Envelopes & Labels and look for your label type in there, if its not there it lets you measure your sheet out to create a new one, its a bit fiddly but its cool
avery labels have code number which dictates the size & quantity, ms word usually have all these codes to select. But a lot depends on a quality printer, i use a high spec laser printer which gets it spot on everytime, my HP injet is hit and miss..
Thanks for the help, I think it is my printer because I emailed the label page from the office to home, and it was ok on the office laser printer but not on my HP! Will have to fiddle some more!
Check that font on the template you created at work is present on the Word you have at home.
This will effect the spacing if a different font is substituted by Word.
