too slow

when i had my computer i had a disc that came with it and when it was running really slow and stuf i used to put it in close it down and turn it back on it would wipe everything and put it back to how it was first brought to make it go fast again but what do i do to this laptop havnet got no disc and its running well slow !!!

when you first had the laptop,did you not have the oppertunity to make a set of recovery discs?. if so and you did make a set you can use these to do what you want,if not,you may still be able to make a set if your laptop was set up with a recovery partition,because you can only make one set of these discs keep them safe.hope this helps

what version of windows?

the newer kit has a recovery partition you enable by switching on and immediately pressing one of the f keys
f8 and f2 are favourites
