sagem 800 not recognised

all drivers and softwrae loaded and present for my sagem 800 modem, xp home does not acknowledge its presence so cannot uninstall and reinstall or use it help!!

Try uninstalling the device in the device manager section of system (In control panel). In the device manager you should find either a device with a yellow ! or ? next to it or the device will appear under modems. Click on the device and press 'delete' to uninstall the device. Once the device is out of the list you can then click "add hardware" and it should re detect the device, try reinstalling the drivers at this point and see if it is happier.... you may want to d/l the latest drivers from the website www.sagem.com to see if this will work.
