Does anyone know where if possible can I get empty CDs/DVDs that can not be duplicated/copied?

why would anybody want to duplicate or copy an empty CD or DVD anyhow?

I'm sorry to have not put my question clearly.
I want to buy CDs/DVDs that are empty. Then I wanna copy some staff into it, but after it has been copied, I don't want anyone to be able to do it.
Basically sort of protection of staff in the cds to be copied and distributed illegally.

or you could encrypt the data so it needs a password to access it. that wouldn't stop people from copying the CD but they wouldn't be able to do anything with the copy.
